Terms of Use
Effective 29 June 2026
1. The service
The service lets eligible Bitcoin miners register a public payout address, join or create a pack, connect compatible mining hardware, and view mining statistics. Access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
2. Your responsibilities
You must provide a valid Bitcoin address that you control or are authorised to use, configure your miner correctly, secure your hardware and network, obey applicable law, and pay your own electricity, equipment, network, and tax costs. You are responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address or configuration.
3. No guaranteed result
Mining is probabilistic. Shares, hashrate, pack membership, or time connected do not guarantee that a block will be found or that you will receive any reward. Displayed statistics may be delayed, estimated, interrupted, or corrected.
4. Packs and eligibility
Pack limits, inactivity rules, status meanings, and reward-eligibility rules shown on the website form part of these terms. A miner must satisfy the published active-miner requirements when a block is found to be included in that block's payout record.
5. Rewards
Any confirmed reward is handled according to the Custody Disclosure and the payout record created for the block. Network confirmation, security review, compliance checks, transaction fees, technical incidents, or circumstances outside our control may delay distribution.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attack, overload, probe, evade limits, submit false mining data, impersonate another user, manipulate eligibility, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive connections and remove associated access.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost mining opportunity, electricity costs, hardware damage, market movements, third-party services, blockchain events, or losses caused by user error.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
